We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our Managed Services Provider (MSP) team, supporting our Dallas-based and nationwide business clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for learning. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Troubleshoot client IT issues and provide remote helpdesk support
• Travel to clients to perform onsite IT work and installations
• Use ticketing system to manage issues and track time for billing
• Escalate tickets and work with team members to resolve complex issues
• Provide exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications:
• 0-3 years of IT support experience
• A positive attitude and ability to communicate with customers
• A desire to continuously learn new things and solve problems
• Experience with Windows 11 operating system and printers
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Ubiquiti products
• Experience with network cabling and mounting equipment
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Any IT certifications
