A. Our helpdesk is available 8am-6pm Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Support is available via email, chat, or phone.

A. Simple, 24x7x365. Whilst we may not be able to respond as fast as we can during business hours, we will always aim to do our best.
Q. How does onboarding work?
A. We'll start by training your users on how to use our services. We will install our software tools on all your systems so we can manage your environment. We will perform a detailed assessment of your environment so we may fully understand and continuously improve your operations.
Q. Is any hardware or software included?
A. Bitdefender anti-virus and our remote management tools are included in your monthly fee. Additional services may be added on as required.
Q. How long does onboarding take?
A. Onboarding commences immediately upon becoming a client. Onboarding generally takes between two to four weeks to complete.

A. We have experience with loads of different technologies. We are certified in Microsoft, Cisco, and Amazon technologies to name a few.

Q. Can I cancel my agreement?
A. Absolutely, we do our best to keep our client's business each month but if you're not happy you can always cancel your agreement with us and walk away.
