Cloudavize SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging services provided by Cloudavize (“Cloudavize,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Cloudavize, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Program Description

Cloudavize uses SMS messaging for low-volume, person-to-person business communications with existing clients, prospective clients, job applicants, and other individuals who have provided consent.

Depending on your relationship with Cloudavize, you may receive text messages regarding:

IT support requests and service ticket updates
Scheduled maintenance, service appointments, and meeting reminders

Cloudavize does not use this SMS program for bulk marketing messages, high-volume automated messaging, or unsolicited promotional communications.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

You may opt in to receive text messages from Cloudavize through a website form, job application, client onboarding process, verbal consent during a call or meeting, or by texting an approved opt-in keyword such as START to a Cloudavize SMS-enabled number.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authority to use the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive SMS messages from Cloudavize at that number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your support needs, service requests, project activity, account relationship, job application status, and the conversations you initiate with Cloudavize.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for text messages or data usage in accordance with your mobile service plan. Cloudavize is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages from a Cloudavize number at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from that Cloudavize number unless you opt in again.

To resume messages after opting out, reply START.

Help and Support

For assistance with Cloudavize SMS messages, reply HELP to the SMS message you received.

You may also contact Cloudavize through our website for support or questions regarding our SMS communications.

Privacy

Cloudavize respects your privacy. We collect and use mobile phone numbers and SMS communication information to provide service delivery, support, scheduling, administrative, and recruitment-related communications.
